GRIT training is a mixture of strength and cardio-based exercises. We utilize several types of equipment including TRX trainers, medicine balls, bands, dumbbells, boxes and cardio machines.
Group training sessions are 60 minutes long. The first few minutes are reserved for stretching and warm-up and the last few minutes are held for cool down and stretching.
Every session is handwritten and then copied onto a whiteboard at the start of class. A variety of formats is used including timed intervals, stations pyramids, AMRAPS and strength supersets.
As a member of GRIT, you will never see the same workout twice. Variety is key!
Group sessions are open to those of all ages and abilities. Your group will included anywhere from 2-10 people, although our average number is 5 per session.
The group schedule is as follows:
Tuesday/Thursday 9:30-10:30am
Saturday 9-10am

Your first time attending is FREE!
You may pay PER session or purchase a package of your preference.
There is zero commitment. You many attend as often or as infrequently as you wish. We actually encourage combining GRIT sessions with other styles of exercise in your week.
